Passives
- City of Tomorrow: On hit apply 25% bleed over 5 seconds and deal +25% damage to slowed or bleeding enemies. When Techno-Genesis activates apply 100% bleed over 10 seconds to enemies in range, become immune to stuns for 15 seconds, and apply Malware to enemies in range for 10 seconds.
- Techno-Genesis: Whenever a unit in range uses an active ability (15s cooldown) deal 250% damage in a Full AOE, deal 10 shield damage, and slow enemies by 20% for 10 seconds. When the slow expires, stun affected enemies for 1.8 seconds
